On 16 September 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Manabik Shahajya Sangstha (MSS) and Generic Health Care Ltd. at the latter’s Mirpur office. The signing ceremony took place at 3:00 p.m. in the presence of senior officials from both organizations.

From MSS, Executive Director Mr. Md. Akhteruzzaman, Mr. Gofran Faroouqe (Convener, Finance Committee), Mr. Saiful Islam Hiron (AD, HR & Admin), and Mr. Md. Shahidul Islam (AD, Program) attended the event. Representing Generic Health Care Ltd. were Founder & Director Mr. Asif Ziauddin and Managing Director & CEO Dr. Faisal Rahman, along with other senior officials.

According to the MoU, MSS employees and their immediate family members—spouse, two children, father, and mother—will receive special discounts on designated medical services for the next two years.

Both parties expressed hope that the partnership will expand in the future to include additional healthcare services under the discount facility.
