'Noyon Tori' Starts Moving

‘Noyon Tori’, a vehicle equipped with state-of-the-art eye care equipment, stated moving towards remote rural areas of the country on Wednesday with an aim to provide free eye treatment to the needy.

To make the noble initiative a well-functional one, Epyllion Foundation signed a collaborative memorandum of agreement with the Eye Care Project of Manabik Sahajya Sangstha (ECP-MSS) at the foundation’s corporate office in the capital, says a press release. As per the deal, the Epyllion Foundation made a financial grant of Tk 2.5 million the ECP-MSS as a partial cost to procure the mobile eye clinic.

Epyllion Foundation chief operating officer Arshad Ali Chowdhury and Manabik Sahajya Sangstha president Feroz M Hassan signed the agreement in presence of Epyllion Group managing director Reaz Uddin Al-Mamoon, CSR manager SM Nazmul Ahsan, MSS advisor Tarikul Ghani and executive director ANM Emam Hasanath.
