As a seasoned Development Professional with over 30 years of experience, Md Abdur Razzaque Khan has a proven track record of leading and managing diverse development and humanitarian programs both domestically and internationally. With a career spanning over three decades, Mr. Khan held significant leadership roles in various national and international organizations. His extensive experience includes leading and supporting diverse development and humanitarian programs both in Bangladesh and abroad. He worked with various prominent organizations, including Handicap International, CIPRB, BRAC International, Bangladesh Red Crescent Society, Marie Stopes, SMC, and CONCERN Worldwide.

Mr. Khan’s expertise lies in strategic management, program development, and resource mobilization, as demonstrated by his success in raising millions of dollars for different programs from different major donors, including USAID, UK Aid, FCDO, GAC, GFATM, UNFPA, DFAT, and others. He also played key roles in financial oversight, stakeholder management, and liaising with government officials and international partners. His career began with USAID-funded NGO health projects, where he held positions from Assistant Project Coordinator to Project Director.

He completed his Master of Demography (M. Demo.) from the University of Dhaka in 1989 and Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Newcastle, USA (Bangladesh Affiliated Centre) in 2006.
