Md. Abdul Wadud Sarker is the Assistant Director (AD) Audit and Compliance Department of Manabik Shahajya Sangstha (MSS).  He has 33 years work experience in microfinance sectors in Bangladesh.

He started his career with Grameen Bank as officer from 1987 to 1989. Later he has started his journey with Manabik Shahajya Sangstha (MSS) since August 1989.

He is a senior level management staff of the organization.
