Assistant Director (HR & Admin)

Saiful Islam Hiron is leading Human Resources & Administration Department as Assistant Director (HR & Admin) of MSS. He has joined in MSS on 23 February 2025. He has 19 years of experience with NGOs, International NGOs, LGRD&C, Corporate and Autonomous Body. He is experienced on Human Resources Management (Human Resources Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Onboarding & Off boarding, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, HRIS, PSEA, KPI, Labor Law, HR policy & procedures and Administration (Legal Affairs, Safety & Security, Office Management, Utility & Maintenance, Travel Management) as well as Supply Chain Management.

He also worked with Resource Integration Centre (RIC), Masco Group, Bangladesh Shooting Sport Federation, Handicap International (Humanity & Inclusion), Caritas Bangladesh, Islamic Relief Worldwide-UK, Urban Primary Health Care Sector Development Program-LGRD&C, Unik Ceramic Industries Ltd. He has also work experienced with donor funded agencies as UNHCR, UNDP, WFP, ADB, UNFPA, UKAID, USAID, SADC, Sida, BPRM, EC etc.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management (HRM) from University of Dhaka and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from University of Dhaka as well as Diploma in Human Rights and Legal Aid from Dhaka International University.  He also completed online training on Building a Talent Management Culture from e-Cornell University-USA. He was also a master trainer on Coach the Coaches from Start Coaching Network and facilitated online training to the Senior Management for Bangladesh, Kenya and Ethiopia.

He has received training from different agencies as UNHCR, UNDSS, World Bank, PKSF, BIM, BARD, NAPD, DGHS, BCCP, BSHRM, WARD, Bdjobs, Prothom Alo etc. He has also received abroad training on Achieving MDGs: Poverty Reduction, Reproductive Health Sector Reform from World Bank, Bangkok, Thailand as well as Eye Care Management for Health Professional from Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai, India.
