Assistant Director- Micro Enterprise

Mr. Abul Kalam Azad is working at present as an Assistant Director (Micro Enterprise) of MSS. He has more than 17 years of experience in the field of Microfinance as well as Micro Enterprise, Audit, Monitoring, Evaluation, Training, MF software, Policy Environment and Social Development.

He worked with Gram Bikash Kendra (GBK) and BRAC in the past. His field of expertise include among others- Microfinance, different program implementation and social development, auditing, monitoring and evaluation, budget and financial management, microfinance software management and training facilitation, procurement, Strategic plan, MF Product design, Human Resource Management, Office and Staff Management. He is expert in staff supervision. He belonged to proven track record for growth and result oriented microfinance program against target.

He has completed his BBA and MBA with major in Accounting from Islamic University, Kushtia. He is 46 years old and Bangladeshi by birth.
