Mr. Abdur Rahman is working as an Assistant Director (Program) of MSS (One of the reputed MFIs’ in Bangladesh). He has more than 20 years of experiences in the field of Microfinance Operation & Management. He has also skills in the field of Monitoring & Evaluation, Compliance & Risk management, Ratio Analysis and Trend Analysis. He has strong organizational and administrative skills to improve the staff productivity and quality management of Program. He has the ability to take timely and proper decision for improvement of the organization.

Mr. Rahman’s Academic Accomplishment is B.Sc. (Hons), MSc. (Statistics) under the University of Dhaka.
