• Plan, design, and develop of civil engineering work.

• Prepare estimates, bills of quantities, and cost analysis.

• Prepare drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.

• Ensure quality of construction materials.

• Ensure work of construction, repair, and maintenance.

• Maintain records of work progress, measurements, and documents.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.

• Perform all kind of electric and plumbing work.

• Prepare regular progress report to the authority.

• Coordinate all concerned who are relevant to jobs.

• Support to purchase goods and services.

• Perform any other duties assigned by senior engineers or authority.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

• Candidates with qualifications in Interior Design/Interior Architecture and relevant professional experience are also encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirement:

• 2–3 years in architectural design, civil construction, site supervision, or project implementation in commercial/ office building project, especially in interior works.

Additional Requirements:

• Age up to 35 years; Age may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates.

• Experienced in the working on electrical and plumbing area/line.

• Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.

• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.

• Some Knowledge of drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, 3d Studio VIZ or similar).

• Communication and project management skills.

• Willingness to work extended hours as required.
